Welcome to the website of the SelfSightSeeing✪Company
Consisting of a free, temporary pool of artists and scientists of different genre, the SelfSightSeeing-Company made it to its business to develop artistic and multidisciplinary projects which partly come into being by the collaboration of the participators.
The company follows an artistic concept that promotes the selfsight, self-understanding and self-conception of both the artist and the spectator – an artistic concept which turns inner landscapes inside out and supports the human self.
Art, education and self-development hereby form equal columns which are necessary to accomplish the company’s agenda.
The artists Iris Hauptmann and Bastian Petz developed the first project of the company in 1999. (Von Wegen, Social Art and Structurism). Since those days, lots of collective artistic and social-artistic projects, which gave the company a determining shape, were put into practice.
